Job summary

Automall West in Brisbane is seeking a passionate Service Advisor to join a high-performing team. You will be the key link between customers and our workshop, ensuring every service experience is professional, seamless and efficient.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, scheduling bookings, preparing repair orders, communicating repairs, liaising with technicians, and providing regular customer updates throughout the servicing process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A current and valid Australian Driver Licence.

• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong computer and administrative skills

• A current and valid Australian Driver Licence

Experience with dealership management systems and multiple automotive brands will be highly regarded but is not essential.
