Job summary

The Garage Miami on the Gold Coast is seeking a sharp Service Advisor who can also sell 4x4 enhancements and accessories. You’ll join a front counter team of four, handling busy days and turning conversations into builds.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced workshop environments, with strong phone etiquette and a high standard of customer care. Training on product lines is provided where needed.

Service Advisor and 4x4 Accessories Sales

We’re after a sharp Service Advisor who can also sell 4x4 and accessory work. You’ll be part of a front counter team of four, keeping things running on busy days and turning customer conversations into builds. It’s a fast paced role in a busy workshop, and it suits someone who likes it that way.

Key responsibilities

Run the service desk with a dealer standard of customer care

Book in services and repairs and keep jobs moving through the workshop

Quote work and keep customers updated on their vehicles

Talk to customers about how they use their vehicle and put together 4x4 builds and quotes

Follow up and close sales

Work with the workshop and controller so every job is booked, fitted and handed back properly

About you

Service desk or front counter experience in a dealership or quality workshop (must have)

Confident quoting and explaining work to customers who expect a high standard

Organised and quick on your feet, able to keep several jobs moving without dropping the ball

Well presented and good on the phone

4x4 and touring knowledge such as suspension, bull bars, canopies, lighting, towing and GVM upgrades is ideal. If you’re still learning, we’ll train you on the product side

Marlin GTX experience is a bonus

$85k to $90k base plus super

Commission on 4x4 and accessory sales, paid monthly

Paid overtime

On target earnings of $110k to $115k plus overtime
