Job summary

Timeless Brisbane is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor/Salesperson to join our expanding team. Immediate start for reliable candidates, with opportunities for experienced window tinters, rust proofers, detailers who want to advance their careers.

You will manage bookings, handle enquiries, liaise with the workshop, and provide product recommendations while delivering excellent customer service and achieving KPIs. Training is available for detailing and ceramic coating roles.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with face-to-face and phone selling (inbound/outbound).
• Valid Queensland driver's license.

Timeless Brisbane is looking to grow and would like to bring onboard a new Service adviser/sales person

Immediate start for Reliable Service Adviser/sales person or Window tinters, rust proofers, detailers that want to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage customer bookings, inbound and outbound enquiries, and vehicle check-ins

Liaise with workshop team and update customers throughout the day

Provide clear product recommendations

Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships

Work to meet department KPIs, ensure a busy shop and customer service standards

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (preferred but not essential)

Strong customer service and sales skills-this role will require face to face and phone sales both inbound, outbound and follow up and some b2b outreach

Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure

Excellent communication and organisation

A friendly, professional manner with a team-first attitude

Valid QLD driver’s licence

We also have roles available for technical workers. Don't have rustproofing experience, if you have detailing or panel shop experience and a can do attitude we can train you!! Bonus points if you like 4wd's and are mechanically minded!

We also have entry level roles available for full time shop juniors to get their foot into the automotive industry
