Job summary

TJM Gold Coast is seeking a Retail Sales Professional to join our team. You will work closely with the in-store team to deliver a first-class customer experience throughout the buying journey and help customers find optimal 4x4 solutions.

The role emphasizes a passionate, team-driven sales approach with opportunities for commission and generous staff discounts. Trade shows and training weekends may be required, with time in lieu provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for 4x4 vehicles and the industry
• Strong customer service focus and ability to upsell
• Proven sales aptitude and target-driven mindset
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Stable employment history preferred in 4x4 or leisure sectors

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales opportunities and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Handle admin and logistics tasks, including ordering products and following up with suppliers.
• Participate in trade shows and training weekends as required, with Time in Lieu offered.

As a Sales Professional you will work closely with the in-store team to provide our customers with a first class experience throughout their buying journey. You will need:

• A passion for 4x4 vehicles and the industry as a whole
• A desire to find and recommend solutions to customers
• An ability to maximise sales opportunities
• To have a stable employment history preferably in the 4x4 or leisure industry
• To possess strong admin and logistical skills (ordering products, following up suppliers)
• To have great communication skills and an approachable manner
• To have a strong record of working cohesively in a team while being target driven

Role Requirements

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Trade Shows / Training Weekends as required – Time in Lieu offered

Remuneration Package:

• Permanent, Full Time
