Job summary

Grand Prix Caboolture, comprising Caboolture Mazda, Grand Prix Hyundai and Used Car department, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Service Advisor to join our Service Department on Brisbane's Northside.

With a focus on customer service excellence, you will work in a close-knit dealership team and play a vital role in meeting customer expectations while supporting dealership goals and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience as Service Advisor.
• Valid Australian manual transmission driver's licence.
• Customer focused with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well in a small team.
• Honest and reliable with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines under pressure.

Join a great team as Brisbane's Northside only Mazda Master Dealer, achieving this 6 years straight and Grand Prix Hyundai's growing brand with a great range of electric vehicles.

With the growing population in the North of Brisbane which has assisted the continued growth of the business, an exciting opportunity has risen for a highly driven, and Enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department.

The Ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 3-5 years of Service Advisor experience required
• Valid Australian 'manual transmission' Driver's Licence
• Be customer focused and able to establish and develop long-term customer relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well within a small team
• Honest and reliable with a 'can do' attitude
• Ability to solve problems, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
• Positive attitude towards increasing performance through continual improvement
• Titan DMS experience (desirable)
