Job summary

Westpoint Autos is seeking Service Advisors for our Hillcrest, QLD service centre to join the front-line team. You will manage bookings, enquiries and vehicle check-ins, liaise with workshop technicians, and provide clear service recommendations and quotes.

This entry-level role offers mentoring, structured training and real-world experience within a growing dealer group. You will contribute to customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships, with a friendly, professional team around you.

What You'll Be Doing:

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (preferred but not essential)


• Strong customer service and sales skills

• A friendly, professional manner with a team-first attitude


• Valid QLD driver's licence
