Job summary

Ken Mills Toyota on the Sunshine Coast is hiring a Service Advisor to join our family-owned dealership. In this role you greet guests on the driveway, check in vehicles and note work, and follow progress throughout the day.

You will communicate with guests about their vehicle status, finalize charges and warranties, and take payments, delivering an exceptional experience. Prior Service Advisor experience is welcomed, with a can‑do attitude and ability to work autonomously or in a team.

• Previous Service Advisor experience, while not necessary, will be viewed favorably
• A can do, customer focused attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team

Responsibilities

• Greeting of guests on the driveway
• Checking in of vehicles ensuring all work is noted
• Following up of vehicle progress throughout the day
• Communicate with our guests on their vehicle’s progress
• Finalize the work completed (both customer charge and warranty)
• Take payment from the customer
• Deliver an exceptional experience!

Working closely with our new Service Manager, Grant Morris, they play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience — greeting our guests on the driveway, following through on work being completed, ensuring everything runs on time, and seeing our guests out with a smile each afternoon.

Our ideal team member has the following:

Previous Service Advisor experience, while not necessary, will be viewed favorably

Ability to work autonomously and within a team

A day in the life of our Service Advisors includes:

Greeting of guests on the driveway

Checking in of vehicles ensuring all work is noted

Following up of vehicle progress throughout the day
