Job summary

Chadstone Toyota is seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-performing team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will connect customers with our workshop and parts departments, delivering a seamless service experience and building lasting relationships to maximise service and maintenance sales.

You will manage bookings, provide trusted recommendations and quotations, keep customers informed through the repair process, and promote maintenance plans.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dealership Service Advisor is essential.
• Strong focus on customer service and premium experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be the key connection between our customers, workshop and parts departments. You'll deliver a seamless service experience, build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities to maximise service and maintenance sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer bookings and service enquiries
• Providing accurate service recommendations and quotations
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair and servicing process
• Promoting maintenance plans, repairs and additional service opportunities
• Coordinating with technicians, workshop control and parts to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensuring vehicles are completed and delivered on time
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and manufacturer standards
• Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Dealership Service Advisor (essential)
• A strong focus on customer service and delivering a premium customer experience
• Proven ability to upsell maintenance and repair solutionsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and time‑management abilities
• The ability to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment
• A positive, team‑oriented attitude
• A current Victorian Driver's Licence
