Ken Mills Toyota Maroochydore is seeking an exceptional New Car Sales Manager to lead our New Vehicle Sales team. You will drive performance, develop people and help take our growing operation to the next level.

You will lead a results-driven team, ensure outstanding guest experiences and maintain Toyota standards while pushing for profitability and growth on the Sunshine Coast.

About the Role

With New Vehicle volumes continuing to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to lead our New Car Sales team and play a key role in the continued success of Ken Mills Toyota Maroochydore.

You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, developing your team, maintaining an outstanding customer experience and ensuring the department operates at the highest standard.
