Job summary

Canberra Toyota, part of Eagers Automotive, is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our busy service team. This full-time role centers on delivering exceptional customer service while guiding vehicle servicing and advising customers on options.

The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, and eager to learn; prior automotive service experience is welcome but not required, with comprehensive training provided. Mon-Fri 7:30am–5pm, supportive team, great culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is welcome but not required.
• Impeccable personal presentation and phone skills.
• Friendly, welcoming demeanour and a team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.

This position are business critical roles with Customer Service at their heart, you will be the face of the business representing well established brands and building trust with our customers, whether they are servicing their vehicle and needing expert advice and help to keep them moving, or making their next big purchase.

Candidates do not necessarily need previous experience as we can provide excellent training opportunities, but a desire to build a career within a growing business representing fantastic brands is a must. The successful candidate will be articulate, possess the ability to communicate at all levels and will be highly organised. You will hold customer service as the number one priority and be willing to go the extra mile for your customers.
