Job summary

Automall West in Brisbane's Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-performing team. You will be the key link between our customers and workshop, ensuring every service experience is professional, seamless and efficient.

Your responsibilities include welcoming customers, scheduling service appointments, preparing repair orders, communicating repairs and maintenance needs, liaising with technicians, providing updates, processing invoices and coordinating

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within a customer-facing automotive role.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• A current and valid Australian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Experience with dealership management systems and multiple automotive brands will be highly regarded, but not essential.
