About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for creating a seamless experience for customers from vehicle check-in through to collection. You’ll work closely with Technicians, Workshop Controllers and Service Managers to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently, accurately and to manufacturer standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcome customers and manage vehicle check-in and handover
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, invoices and service documentation
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair and servicing process
• Identify additional service and repair opportunities where appropriate
• Coordinate with Technicians and Workshop teams to manage workflow
• Ensure work is completed to Toyota and manufacturer standards
• Follow up customers and build long-term relationships
• Achieve customer satisfaction, productivity and service department KPIs
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally

About You

We’re looking for a customer-focused automotive professional who can confidently manage a busy Service department.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership
• Strong understanding of servicing, repairs and workshop operations
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence discussing additional service and repair requirements
• A professional presentation and positive customer-focused approach
• Strong computer and administration skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Current Australian Driver Licence
