Job summary

Eagers Automotive Limited is looking for a Service Advisor in NSW to greet customers, determine service needs, and coordinate with Sales, Service and Repair teams. You will explain required services, prepare quotes, and ensure timely communication with customers.

In a high-paced environment, you will use ERA and Pentana systems plus Microsoft Office to manage appointments and work orders. A current NSW driver’s license is required.

As ourpoint of contact,you will need the ability togenuinelyconnect with customers and help them withtheir requests, whether they are with you in person or on the phone.

We’llbe upfront, this is a high-pacedenvironmentandyou’llbe dealing with allkindsof people, but it is alsovery rewarding.Are you readyto show us that you havetheskills and experienceto make this role yours?

As the go–between from our customer to our Sales, Service, and Repair Departments, it will be your job to ensure the technicians understand our customers’ needs, and that the recommended solutions are fully understood by the customers.

Your day in the office will consist of greeting customers, working out what’s needed and the charges. Then it’s up to you to brief the relevant department, establish a timeline, track progress, and keep the customers updated.

To do this,you’llneed to be a highly organised administration sensation, with an up-to-date knowledge of all our services, and exceptional communication skills (bothverbal and written).Working wellwithin a team environment is essential, as is acurrent NSW driver’s licence, aworking knowledgeofourERA andPentanacomputer systems,andtheMicrosoft suite of programs.
