Job summary

ADE Turf Equipment Pty Ltd in Chelsea Heights, Melbourne invites applications for a Service Advisor who will be the face of our dealership, delivering premium service to our valued customers. You will assess customer needs, book services, coordinate appointments, liaise with technicians, and handle invoicing with accuracy.

A strong customer service background, attention to detail, and MYOB experience are preferred.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Chelsea Heights dealership, working directly with our valued customers, delivering premium service. Your key responsibilities will include:

Assessing customer's needs, recommending appropriate services and securing bookings

Co-ordinating service appointments, managing workshop schedules and arranging parts and sublet services

Communicating with technicians and customers to ensure on time delivery and a seamless customer service experience

Handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Invoicing and closing out repair orders in a timely manner

Organised and able to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to commit to the company long-term.

Previous exposure to mechanical services but not essential.
