• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership
• Strong automotive technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle servicing
• Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills
• Professional presentation and a genuine customer-first approach
• Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience
• Manage customers throughout the vehicle servicing and repair journey
• Conduct vehicle check-ins and accurately document customer requirements
• Liaise closely with Technicians and the Workshop team
• Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates and invoices
• Keep customers informed of vehicle progress, costs and completion times
• Identify additional service and repair opportunities
• Follow up customers and maintain strong relationships
• Ensure all work is completed to Mercedes-Benz standards
• Achieve customer satisfaction, sales and KPI targets

About the Role

• Ability to manage multiple customers and competing priorities
• Confident negotiation and upselling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
• Current Australian Driver Licence

Prestige or luxury automotive experience is highly desirable; however, we're also interested in candidates with strong automotive service experience and the right attitude.
