Responsibilities

• Assessing customer's needs, recommending services and securing bookings
• Co-ordinating service appointments, managing workshop schedules and arranging parts and sublet services
• Communicating with technicians and customers to ensure on time delivery
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism
• Invoicing and closing out repair orders promptly
• Delivering high-quality service and support to customers
