Job summary

Grand Prix Caboolture, Brisbane's Northside Mazda Master Dealer, comprising Caboolture Mazda, Grand Prix Hyundai and Used Car department, seeks a Senior Service Advisor to join a busy Service Department. Minimum 3–5 years in service advisory and a valid Australian manual driver’s licence are required.

You will be customer-focused, with excellent communication and teamwork skills, aiming to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of Service Advisor experience required.
• Valid Australian 'manual transmission' Driver's Licence.
• Be customer focused and able to establish and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well within a small team.
• Honest and reliable with a 'can do' attitude.
• Ability to solve problems, prioritise work tasks, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude towards increasing performance through continual improvement.

Join a great team as Brisbane's Northside only Mazda Master Dealer, achieving this 6 years straight and Grand Prix Hyundai's growing brand with a great range of electric vehicles.

With the growing population in the North of Brisbane which has assisted the continued growth of the business, an exciting opportunity has risen for a highly driven, and Enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department.
