Job summary

Peter Warren Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Toyota service team in a busy, multi-brand dealership. You will manage customer check-in, liaise with technicians, and oversee service documentation to deliver a seamless experience for customers.

You will help identify additional service opportunities, communicate effectively, and maintain high standards of customer care. A driver licence and a professional, team-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership.
• Strong understanding of servicing, repairs and workshop operations.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence discussing additional service and repair requirements.
• Professional presentation and positive customer-focused approach.
• Strong computer and administration skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and manage vehicle check-in and handover.
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, invoices and service documentation.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair and servicing process.
• Identify additional service and repair opportunities where appropriate.
• Coordinate with Technicians and Workshop teams to manage workflow.
• Ensure work is completed to Toyota and manufacturer standards.
• Follow up customers and build long-term relationships.
• Achieve customer satisfaction, productivity and service department KPIs.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
