Job summary

Yarra Valley Toyota in Lilydale is seeking a Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers in our busy Service Department. You will book and coordinate servicing and repairs, build positive relationships, and help drive service sales and profit objectives.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Previous experience as a service advisor
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sound computer skills
• Solid technical knowledge / understanding of the automotive industry (desirable)
• Current National Police Certificate, or ability to obtain one prior to commencement

As the first point of contact between the dealership and our customers, your main responsibilities will include:
