Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Mosman is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. You will be the link between customers and workshop, delivering a premium service experience and managing the servicing journey.

You'll prepare repair orders, communicate costs and progress, liaise with technicians, and look for additional service opportunities, all while upholding Mercedes-Benz standards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership.
• Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle servicing.
• Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills.
• Professional presentation and a customer-first approach.
• Strong administration, organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Confident negotiation and upselling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every vehicle receives the attention, communication and service it deserves.

About You

• Current Australian Driver Licence

Prestige or luxury automotive experience is highly desirable; however, we're also interested in candidates with strong automotive service experience and the right attitude.
