Job summary

Ballarat Tractors is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Ballarat. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will coordinate bookings, respond to inquiries and keep customers updated on time frames and estimated costs.

You should be highly organised, customer-focused and team-minded, with experience from dealerships or related automotive/mechanical industries. The role is permanent, with on-site parking and a competitive remuneration package including a monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive or mechanical service environment is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Taking bookings and service inquiries.
• Liaising with customers to inform on time frames and likely costs.
• Invoicing and closing repair orders.
• Liaising with technicians to ensure deadlines are met.

About the Role.

We are seeking the services of an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate must be highly organised, be extremely customer focused and team minded. We welcome applicants, from not only similar Dealership environments, but from any automotive, or mechanical related industries.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Taking bookings and service inquiries.

Liaising with customers keeping them informed on time frames and likely costs.

Invoicing and closing of repair orders

Liaising with technicians to ensure that deadlines are met.

At all times our customers are our first priority and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive the service and support that is expected in a fast paced industry.
