Job summary

Northeast Tractors & Machinery is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Service team in South Australia. You will be the key point of contact for customers throughout their service or repair journey, coordinating with the workshop team and ensuring clear communication from booking to collection.

You will handle bookings, invoicing, and customer updates while maintaining strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience in a service, automotive, machinery or similar environment is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and keep the calendar up to date.
• Customer check-in and service reception.
• Maintain open communication between customers and the service team.
• Assist the service team with all customer-facing aspects of the department.
• Answer phones and respond to emails.

About The Role

At Northeast Tractors & Machinery, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service experience. We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Service team and be the key point of contact for customers throughout their service or repair journey.

As a Service Advisor, your primary focus will be assisting customers with bookings, maintaining clear communication throughout the service or repair process, coordinating with the workshop team, invoicing and vehicle or machinery collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing customer bookings and ensuring the calendar is kept up to date
• Customer check-in and service reception
• Keeping communication open between customers and the service team
• Assisting the service team with all customer-facing aspects of the department
• Answering phones and responding to emails

About You

• Previous customer service experience
• Experience in a service, automotive, machinery or similar environment is desirable
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Intermediate computer skills and DMS experience
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Current Driver’s Licence
