Job summary

Ultimate Security Australia is seeking a Service Administrator for our Electronics Team in Sydney. You will support the Electronics Service Department with service documentation, work orders, invoicing, reporting and system records.

You will manage customer portals, prepare correspondence, review service jobs, and assist with billing questions while ensuring compliance with company policies and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review completed service jobs and ensure all documentation is recorded.
• Monitor open work orders and assist with administrative follow-up for timely closure.

• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards and document control.
• Comply with WHS requirements, emergency procedures and company policies.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our Electronics Team.

As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Electronics Service Department, ensuring the efficient management of service documentation, work orders, customer communications, invoicing, reporting, and system records.
