Bright Force Electrical in Sydney is seeking a proactive Field Dispatch Manager to lead daily field operations for our residential maintenance team of electricians. You will coordinate technicians, schedule and prepare jobs, monitor progress, resolve delays, and maintain excellent customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in the electrical industry or a similar trade services environment.
• Strong scheduling, dispatch or field management experience.
• A good understanding of electrical work, job scopes and labour requirements.
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence managing technicians and making decisions.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ServiceM8 or similar software (advantageous).

• Job Preparation: Ensure jobs are properly planned, materials are ordered and technicians are ready.

• Team Communication: Be the main point of contact between technicians, the office and management.
