Job summary

Temora Truck & Tractor is seeking a motivated Service Administration Officer to join our team in Temora. This hands-on role sits at the heart of the Service Department, coordinating customer bookings, service orders and ensuring every job is tracked from start to finish.

You'll work closely with customers, technicians and the service team to keep bookings organised, track labour times, and record all costs accurately.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license.
• Attention to detail essential.
• Strong time management and multitasking.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage service orders in ERP and link customers, units and technicians.
• Maintain accurate labour times and standard times in ERP.
• Record clock-on/clock-off for technicians against service orders.
• Enter and file timesheets and technician notes into service orders.
• Review and manage all cost lines per service order: labour, parts, sublet and sundry.
