The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and experience with ERP or service management software, enabling efficient customer interactions and smooth project administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service technicians and maintenance works.
• Manage customer service requests and work order administration.
• Prepare purchase orders and service documentation.
• Process invoices and assist with customer billing enquiries.
• Maintain service records, asset registers, and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with monthly reporting and administrative support.
• Support the Service Manager and broader operations team.
