Job summary

Brandt Tractor in Knoxfield, part of a global equipment dealer network, is seeking a Service Administrator to support the Service Department. You will assist technicians, manage service work orders, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will handle enquiries, update systems, support with service reporting, warranty claims, and general administration to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous administration or customer service experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• A professional and positive approach to customer service
• Mechanical or technical knowledge is advantageous but not essential
• Year 12 completion or relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer and internal service enquiries
• Creating and managing service work orders from start to finish
• Maintaining accurate service records and department documentation
• Updating customer and equipment information within company systems
• Assisting with service reporting and departmental administration
• Processing warranty and product improvement claims
• Supporting technicians and management with day-to-day administrative tasks
