Job summary

Bucher Municipal is seeking an experienced Service Administration Supervisor for our NSW Aftersales operation in Marsden Park. You will lead a team of Service Administrators and Scheduler, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient progress through the service lifecycle.

You will drive continuous improvement across systems and processes, maintain strong administrative controls, and collaborate with operations, Parts and Finance to resolve bottlenecks, ensuring timely invoicing and high service

Qualifications

• Experience leading an administration or scheduling team in aftersales or similar operations.
• Familiarity with work orders, WIP, invoicing, purchase orders and ERP systems.
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
• Strong people leadership and ability to improve processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Service Administration team.
• Oversee technician scheduling and ensure accurate system maintenance of allocations and changes.
• Maintain visibility of outstanding, completed and invoice-ready work.
• Coordinate workflow from job creation to final invoicing and approvals.
