Job summary

JPEX Recruitment is partnering with a respected automotive dealership in Albury/Wodonga to recruit an experienced Workshop Controller. You will oversee day-to-day workshop operations, coordinating workloads, supporting technicians and apprentices, and driving productivity and customer satisfaction.

The role reports to the Aftersales Manager and offers a pathway to leadership in a long-established, regionally-based business with strong manufacturer support.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Automotive Mechanical Technology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Allocating repair orders and workshop jobs to technicians based on skill level, availability and workshop capacity.
