Job summary

Source is seeking a Service Delivery and TSA Operations Manager in Australia to lead governance, TSA management and key vendor contracts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage obligations, escalate issues, and drive delivery against timelines as PLUS ES moves to stand alone.

The role requires deep experience in complex contracts, governance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement within the energy/utility sector. A strong commercial and operational acumen will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role managing complex contracts and outsourcing.
• Experience delivering governance frameworks and TSA/separation projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive briefing skills.
• Experience in utilities, energy, infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TSA governance model and oversee schedules with Ausgrid.
• Review partner performance data and drive improvement actions.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders across PLUS ES and Ausgrid.
• Identify TSA risks and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Support TSA exit activities and governance forums.
• Develop governance materials and briefing papers for committees.
• Escalate vendor service issues and coordinate with Procurement and Legal.
• Draft and operationalise new vendor agreements with clear SLAs.
