Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors in Sydney seeks a Transitions Services Agreement Governance Coordinator (12mths FTC) to oversee TSA management, service levels and cross-timezone coordination. The role supports governance forums, exit readiness tracking and issue escalation across Australia, the UK and the US time zones.

You will work closely with investment teams in Sydney and Melbourne while coordinating with partners in the UK and US, ensuring contracts are executed smoothly and milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience, ideally with Transition Services Agreement, outsourcing arrangements or other complex service contracts.
• Strong governance discipline: accurate trackers, clear minutes and documented decisions.
• Able to work across Sydney, Melbourne and UK/US time zones.
• Experience monitoring service delivery performance and escalation activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management of the Transition Services Agreement from post-signing through to final executed agreement, maintaining oversight during the TSA period.
• Maintain and update the central view of TSA services, classifications, service levels, owners and dependencies across three firms.
• Facilitate monthly TSA governance forum with Insignia Financial, covering agenda, service level review, issue escalation, actions and follow-up.
• Support maintenance of the TSA exit readiness tracker to monitor exit progress, extension triggers and fee escalation.
• Monitor provider performance against service levels and evidence where delivery falls short.
• Track operational risk events, incidents, breaches and client complaints through to resolution.
• Identify and communicate potential service delivery concerns with actionable recommendations.
• Escalate unresolved or material issues to the Integration Programme Manager and Steering Committee.
• Coordinate TSA dependencies across multiple workstreams and translate obligations into actionable requirements.
• Draft mark-ups and coordinate stakeholder input; document meeting outcomes and decisions.
