Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors are seeking a Governance Coordinator to manage Transition Services Agreement governance through the TSA lifecycle, coordinating across Operations, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Distribution and Finance.

You will act as a primary contact for provider teams, support issues, and maintain trackers and decisions across multiple time zones, including Sydney and Melbourne, with a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience, ideally with Transition Services Agreement or complex contracts.
• Strong understanding of TSA concepts: scope, service levels, fees, exit and disengagement.
• Proven ability to hold providers to account and escalate issues constructively.
• Experience monitoring service provider performance and managing issues/escalations.
• Based in Australia with overlap to Sydney/Melbourne and other time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support management of the Transition Services Agreement through post-signing to integration completion.
• Maintain central view of TSA services, classifications, owners and dependencies across three firms.
• Facilitate monthly TSA governance forum with Insignia Financial, including agenda and follow-up.
• Support retention and use of TSA exit readiness tracker and fee escalation monitoring.
• Monitor provider performance against service levels and evidence when commitments are not met.
• Identify and communicate potential service delivery concerns with recommended actions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Integration Programme Manager and Steering Committee.
