Job summary

Janus Henderson Group seeks an experienced Programme/Project professional to oversee Transition Services Agreements and governance across Sydney, Melbourne, and international time zones. You will manage service levels, risks, and stakeholder relationships while driving timely issue resolution and exit readiness.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, writing mark-ups, tracking progress, and escalating ambiguities to documented decisions. Hybrid work and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience, ideally with exposure to Transition Services Agreement or complex outsourcing contracts.
• Strong understanding of TSA concepts: scope, service levels, core vs non-core, fees/ratchets, exit and disengagement.
• Proven ability to hold providers accountable, evidence underperformance and escalate constructively.
• Experience monitoring provider performance and supporting issue management.

Responsibilities

• Support management of the TSA from post-signing through final agreement.
• Maintain the central view of TSA services, classifications, SLAs, owners and dependencies.
• Facilitate monthly TSA governance forum with Insignia Financial, including agenda and follow-up.
