Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors is seeking an experienced project professional to lead TSA governance and cross-workstream coordination from Melbourne, Sydney, and across UK/US time zones. This role requires hands-on delivery and strong vendor management in a complex financial services environment.

You will monitor service delivery, escalate risks, maintain trackers, and translate contract obligations into actionable requirements across Operations, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Distribution

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, ideally with TSA or complex contracts.
• Strong practical understanding of TSA scope, service levels, and exit disciplines.
• Proven ability to hold a service provider to account and escalate constructively.
• Experience monitoring provider performance and managing issues.
• Based in Australia with overlap into UK/US time zones (Sydney/Melbourne).
• Able to build credible relationships while challenging performance when needed.
• Good governance: accurate trackers, clear minutes, documented decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for working groups and Steering Committee.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Experience tracking risks, issues and dependencies in projects.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset with commitment to high-quality work.
• Available to commence ahead of completion and commit for duration of TSA period.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the Transition Services Agreement from post-signing through final execution.
• Maintain central TSA view across three firms of services, classifications, SLAs, owners, dependencies.
• Facilitate monthly TSA governance forum with Insignia Financial, including agenda and follow-up.
• Support exit readiness tracker, monitor exit progress and fee escalation.
• Monitor provider performance against service levels for core and non-core services.
• Track operational risk events, incidents, breaches, and client complaints to resolution.
• Identify and communicate service delivery concerns with supporting facts and actions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Integration Programme Manager and Steering Committee with analysis.
• Coordinate TSA dependencies across Operations, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Distribution and Finance.
• Translate contractual obligations into practical requirements and drive closure.
• Draft mark-ups, coordinate stakeholder input, maintain trackers, document outcomes.
• Work across contractual detail and programme level; adapt as required.
• Identify gaps or placeholders and push for documented decisions.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
