Job summary

Janus Henderson is seeking a Transitions Services Agreement Governance Coordinator for a 12-month FTC. The role focuses on TSA ownership and governance, service delivery oversight, and cross-workstream coordination across Sydney, Melbourne, UK and US time zones.

You will work with investment teams, manage governance forums, track service levels, identify risks, and drive documentation and decisions. Hybrid work options, professional development, and a supportive culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience with exposure to TSA or complex service contracts.
• Strong understanding of TSA scope, service levels, classifications, fees and exit.
• Proven ability to hold providers to account and drive timely delivery.
• Experience monitoring provider performance and managing issues and escalation.
• Based in Australia with overlap to Sydney/Melbourne and UK/US time zones.
• Excellent governance discipline: trackers, minutes, documented decisions, and no loose ends.
• Confident written and verbal communication; able to present to working groups.
• Comfortable operating amid ambiguity and incomplete documentation.
• Experience tracking risks, issues and dependencies in projects or operations.
• Pragmatic, solutions-focused and committed to high-quality work.
• Available to commence ahead of completion and commit for the TSA period.

Responsibilities

• TSA Ownership & Governance: oversee TSA management from post-signing to final agreement; maintain central TSA view; run monthly governance forum; track exit readiness and fee escalation.
• Service Delivery Oversight: monitor provider performance against service levels; track incidents and client complaints; flag delivery concerns and recommend actions; support escalation to Programme Manager.
• Relationship Management: act as day-to-day contact for provider teams; coordinate with Sydney/Melbourne teams and UK/US time zones; maintain constructive relationships while challenging performance when needed.
• Cross-Workstream Coordination: coordinate TSA dependencies across Operations, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Legal, Distribution and Finance; translate obligations into actionable requirements.
• Hands-on Delivery: draft mark-ups, gather input, maintain trackers, document meeting outcomes; operate at both contractual detail and programme level; resolve placeholders with documented decisions.
