Glencore’s Mount Isa Mines Operations (MIM) are seeking a Training Superintendent to lead a core team of training professionals across a large mining and processing facility. You will ensure onboarding, competency provisioning, assessments and verification are delivered consistently and to a high standard.

Qualificações

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment completed.
• Diploma or related tertiary qualification in Training, Education, HRD or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in training delivery, coordination or competency management.
• 3+ years leading a team and developing performance.
• Experience coordinating training across multiple work areas.
• Strong understanding of competency-based training and assessment.
• Familiarity with mining and processing operations training requirements.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Active leadership and promoting a positive culture.
