• Strong understanding of competency-based training and assessment principles.
• Familiarity with mining/processing operations and relevant training requirements.

• Ensure consistent training delivery aligned with the competency framework.
• Manage onboarding, assessment, and verification requirements across the operation.
• Coordinate training activity across multiple work areas and embedded trainers.
