Job summary

Device Technologies Brisbane is seeking an experienced Senior Training Adviser on a 12-month maternity leave contract to coordinate and support the delivery of high-quality training programs. You will work with clients, trainers and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence, strong customer outcomes, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in training coordination or related roles, with strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in training coordination, adviser, learning and development, or customer service.
• Experience managing training bookings, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating multiple training programs or projects.
• Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience using CRM, LMS, or training management systems.
• Knowledge of the VET sector and RTO operations is desirable.
• Experience supporting quality assurance or continuous improvement.
