Job summary

Wiz in Australia is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager to drive customer adoption and successful deployment of the Wiz platform. You’ll provide strategic guidance and hands-on technical support from onboarding through operationalisation, ensuring value realization.

You will coordinate with Product, Sales, Engineering and Support to deliver a cohesive, high-quality customer experience and help enterprise customers improve security at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., TAM, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
• Strong cloud security, architectures, and CSP-level certifications.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and hands-on guidance to customers to drive adoption of the Wiz platform.
• Act as primary liaison between customers and Product, Sales, Engineering, and Support.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders up to C-level to drive retention and adoption.
• Help customers create Success Plans with KPIs and guide achievement.
• Monitor and report on KPI progress to internal teams and customers.
• Identify opportunities to expand Wiz usage within the customer organization.
