Job summary

U&U Recruitment Partners – South Yarra VIC is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition & People Partner who will own end-to-end recruitment across senior, specialist and business-critical roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand teams, headhunt top talent, and build robust pipelines for current and future vacancies.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across professional roles.
• Proactive sourcing and talent headhunting.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with recruitment technology and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across senior, specialist and business-critical roles (Corporate Office and field-based).
• Proactively source, headhunt and build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand teams and drive quality hiring decisions.
• Build relationships with schools, universities, industry bodies and other talent partners.
• Create a strong candidate experience from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for key appointments.
• Support talent and succession initiatives and broader People & Culture matters including remuneration and recruitment compliance.
