You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers to crystallise job briefs, and drive proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in an end-to-end recruitment role, ideally at a senior level.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously.
