• Build and maintain talent pools to support future hiring requirements.
• Create engaging job advertisements and attraction campaigns that strengthen employer brand presence.
• Facilitate interviews, provide recruitment coaching to leaders, and guide best-practice hiring decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer and onboarding.
• Monitor talent market trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to ongoing recruitment process improvements.

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or proactive sourcing within an internal or agency environment.

• Confident sourcing and engaging passive candidates using a variety of recruitment channels.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence and advise at different levels
• Commercially minded, solutions-focused, and always looking for ways to improve outcomes
• Passionate about delivering outstanding candidate experiences and building strong talent networks
