Job summary

UPA Aged Care Solutions is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across clinical, operational and corporate roles. You’ll proactively source candidates, build pipelines for difficult vacancies and partner with hiring managers to offer practical recruitment advice.

The role is based in Wahroonga with a hybrid pattern (3 days in office, 2 from home). You’ll drive workforce planning and improve candidate experience across UPA while contributing to recruitment

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Proactive sourcing and direct candidate engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to advise hiring managers and challenge when needed.
• Understanding of candidate markets, salaries and sourcing channels.
• Experience with LinkedIn, SEEK and an ATS; PageUp is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment end-to-end from brief to offer.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, SEEK and direct approaches.
• Build candidate pipelines for difficult roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and provide recruitment advice.
• Screen, interview and guide candidates through the process.
• Write engaging job ads and select sourcing channels.
• Manage multiple vacancies and shifting priorities.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to guide decisions.
• Support workforce planning and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
