Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a growing mining organisation in West Perth. This 6-month contract is based onsite five days a week and focuses on end-to-end recruitment for technical white-collar roles to support projects and operations.

You will partner with hiring leaders, source passive candidates, manage screening, interviews, offers and onboarding, and help build talent pools to meet ongoing workforce needs during a period of growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an internal or agency Talent Acquisition role.
• Essential experience recruiting technical white-collar mining positions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive sourcing and talent mapping capability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

About the Role

Reporting into the People & Culture team, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a range of technical white-collar positions, partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver exceptional talent outcomes.
