Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a growing mining organisation in West Perth. This 6-month contract is based onsite five days a week and focuses on end-to-end recruitment for technical white-collar roles to support projects and operations.

You will partner with hiring leaders, source passive candidates, manage screening, interviews, offers and onboarding, and help build talent pools to meet ongoing workforce needs during a period of growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an internal or agency Talent Acquisition role.
• Essential experience recruiting technical white-collar mining positions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive sourcing and talent mapping capability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and professional mining roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop talent attraction strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage candidate screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pools for future workforce needs.
• Provide market insights and recruitment best practice advice to stakeholders.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
