This is a hands-on Senior HR Advisor position providing practical HR support across the business.
Reporting to the HSET Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, Superintendents, Supervisors and employees across the business.
This is not an HR Manager role and does not have direct reports. Instead, you will be someone who is comfortable getting into the detail and personally managing the day-to-day HR function across employee relations, recruitment, payroll support, workforce administration and compliance.
You will be a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical advice and helping ensure HR processes are handled consistently, fairly and in line with legislation and company requirements.
The role is based at the corporate office, with occasional travel to operational sites required depending on business and operational needs.
