Job summary

A.I.R Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an Internal Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple divisions nationwide. You will develop recruitment strategies, build talent pools, and ensure a smooth hiring process to support growth objectives.

You will partner with leaders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences, manage workloads across vacancies, and leverage ATS and sourcing tools to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or similar.
• Experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple divisions and locations nationwide.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise recruitment.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future needs.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for role fit and culture.
• Coordinate advertising, shortlisting, interviews, references, offers.
• Oversee pre-employment checks, onboarding, and starter packs.
• Enhance candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Track metrics to drive continuous recruitment improvement.
• Strengthen employer brand across channels.
• Support workforce and succession planning.

As the Internal Talent Acquisition Partner, you will partner closely with leaders across the business to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a diverse range of roles. You will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring process that supports our growth objectives

The role

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business divisions and locations nationally.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pools for current and future workforce needs.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management.
• Arrange pre-employment medicals, onboarding documentation and starter packs.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
• Promote and strengthen the employer brand across various channels.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and broader talent initiatives

What we're looking for

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or similar
• Previous experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels and platforms
• Proficient with word, excel and Outlook
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
