Job summary

Pathfinder Recruitment on the Central Coast is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join a managed services provider. You will work across a broad client base from start-ups to medium-sized businesses, with a mix of BAU and project work.

You should have 5+ years in technical support, 2+ years at Level 3+, strong Microsoft stack skills (Office 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange), networking across switches/routers/firewalls, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in technical support, including Level 2 and 3 responsibilities.
• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange, and email support.
• Strong networking experience across switches, routers and firewalls.
• Experience working in an MSP environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU and project-related IT support across clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure proactive and timely IT support across Microsoft stack.
