Job summary

Exigo Tech, a Sydney-based technology solutions provider, is seeking a Computer Network and System Engineer to join our Managed Services team across Australia. You will work on network design, system administration, security, and end-user support, aligning with service levels and customer needs.

You’ll gain exposure to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, and incident response in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in IT support or MSP environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support and end-user assistance in MSP setting.
• Handle service tickets from logging to resolution using Kaseya.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, backups, and DR plans.
• Configure and secure LAN/WAN/VPN networks, firewalls, and monitoring.
• Document procedures and maintain network/system diagrams.
