Job summary

Bunnings is hiring a Senior Supervisor to lead store operations and customer experience in Australia. You will partner with the leadership team to keep the store safe, well-stocked and ready for customers, while coaching staff and driving performance across shifts.

The role is full-time with a rotating roster (morning, day, evening). An adult pay rate of $31.93 per hour applies for 18+. Join a team focused on delivering outstanding service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing leadership roles.
• Ability to lead by example and coach a team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, days and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to create a safe, welcoming store environment.
• Oversee opening/closing and provide site leadership when required.
• Coach team members to deliver knowledgeable, helpful service.
• Manage stock flow and replenishment for continuous product availability.
• Promote a strong safety culture and wellbeing of the team.
• Resolve customer queries to build trust and loyalty.
• Onboard and develop team members to boost confidence and performance.
